Ever since age twelve, I have wanted to be a Realtor. When my father was transferred from Iowa to Illinois during my eighth grade year, I felt as though my entire life was being uprooted. My salvation was our Realtor, who made the move and my transition so much easier because she truly understood, and worked to ease, my fears and apprehension. Ever since then, I’ve wanted to sell real estate and make the same positive and lifelong impact on the lives of others.
In 1997, I first earned my real estate license in Illinois. I then moved to Colorado and made Breckenridge my new home; I have lived here ever since. In 2000, I joined Re/Max, and in 2010, I became a part owner of Breckenridge Real Estate Group. Then in June of 2016 I joined YOU CASTLE SUMMIT, to once again forward my real estate career.
As your Realtor, I strive to keep myself up to date with all the information you need to make the right decision for yourself and your family. I understand Colorado real estate, but most importantly, I differentiate myself based on my desire to become your partner in your search for the most important purchase of your lifetime.
Continuing education electives are courses we can take to help serve our clients, my list of courses is extensive. Including but not limited to; Buyer Representative Accreditation, Seller Represented Specialist, Electronic Professional, 2016 Contracts, Managing Broker and the Broker Owner symposium. Experience and knowledge do matter when it comes to having a successful real estate transaction and a successful partnership.
My husband works for Keystone Resort, and we truly enjoy all that mountain life has to offer: skiing, golfing, hiking, biking and kayaking. Every morning, I wake up knowing that no place in the world could better fit my lifestyle and the life I’m so comfortable with than the Colorado Rocky Mountains. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience.
REBAC, founded in 1988, is the world's largest association of real estate professional focusing specifically on representing the real estate buyer. There are more than 40,000 active members of the organization world-wide. THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS. "The Voice for Real Estate" is the world's largest professional association, representing over 1,000,000 members involved in all aspects of the real estate industry.
Julia Regan has been awarded the Seller Representative Specialist (SS) designation, the premier seller agency designation in the country. The SRS is conferred by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) and is an official credential of the National Association of Realtors.
Julia joins an elite group of real estate professionals in North America who have earned the SRS designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in seller representation, pass a comprehensive exam and subscribe to the Realtor Code of Ethics. SRS is a wholly owned division of CRRB and focuses specifically on representing the real estate seller. Founded in 1968 is a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
Julia upgrade her license to an Employing Broker with this 24-hour course and/or obtain 12
hours of elective continuing education credit at the same time! She learned about the topics
brokers must understand for trust accounting and broker supervision including: practical ap- plication of the law, rules, and sound business practices for the management, operation, and supervision of a real estate brokerage company. This course also provided an explanation of the functions and roles of the Real Estate Commission and the Division of Real Estate.
The e-PRO certification program teaches members how to effectively use real estate technol-
ogy to grow their business and make it more efficient. Applying advanced technologies and social media strategies to the brokers business plan expands brokers capabilities, increases their reach, and builds trust within customer base. Julia earned this designation in 2010.
